Refund Policy

Digital Products — No Refund After Delivery

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once files have been delivered and accessed. When you purchase a workflow template, n8n JSON file, or any other digital product, the files are immediately unlocked in your customer library.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged but files were never delivered (technical failure)
  • The product is materially different from its description
  • You were charged twice for the same purchase

Subscriptions

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused subscription days.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@agencyautomationvault.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.
