1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing any product on Agency Automation Vault (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
2. Digital Products
Agency Automation Vault sells digital workflow templates for use with the n8n automation platform. All products are delivered digitally upon successful payment confirmation.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable white-label license to use the purchased workflow templates in client projects and your own business operations. Full license terms are described in our License Agreement.
4. Prohibited Use
- Redistributing raw template files to third parties
- Reselling the templates as standalone digital products
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Reverse engineering or removing attribution from template metadata
5. Subscriptions
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
6. Limitation of Liability
Agency Automation Vault is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Workflow templates are provided as-is and require technical configuration by the buyer.
